HAS ANYONE WORKED WITH SIRIUS ON THEIR 90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY?

I just bought two Stratus6 units from the SiriusXM website and after a month, one of the units won't turn on anymore. I've tried it in various cars and it won't power on.
My unit came with a slip saying it has a 90 day warranty. My question is, has anyone worked with SiriusXM on this issue? Customer service isn't their forte so I'm worried that my request won't be fulfilled correctly. I prepaid 3 months of radio so it'll suck if I have nothing to listen to them on a unit!

I agree with you. Their customer service is terrible. I have worked with them on a warranty and they did replace a bad unit that went bad within a year. They did ship the unit FedEx Ground which took 5 working days. Good luck..
 
They were great for me, I had a radio that was only 2 months old, the antenna went on it, they sent me a WHOLE radio kit to replace what ever I though was bad, then sent back the bad part with the rest of the radio kit. Excellant job Sirius.

Thanks for the feedback! Was there any shipping costs that they charged you?
 
they made me try to pa7y for a whole new radio!!so i told them off now ive had free service ever since i think they forgot about me

I had to pay to ship it back with tracking, and when they recieved it, I got a email to confirm they recieved it.
