HBCU games are just Sat afternoons not on during the weekdays so CBS/Paramount just didn't renew the HBCU contract. I don't think it had to do with if they do sign a pro sports team in LA. HBCU games will be on ARC WMI in West Michigan as they aired the HBCU basketball when they lost The CW back in Jan.
