HD in the Portsmouth and Portland markets

This question is for anyone who lives near Portsmouth or Portland or in between and has an hd radio anyways what stations broadcast a radio station on HD2 in these areas? I only ask because I've heard commercials on 95.3 where it says listen to commercial free country on 100.3 WHEB HD-2 or how I read somewhere that 96.7 WQSO which is now talk put oldies on 96.7 HD-2?
