so how about showing Motown's first star female group some love? The Grammy Hall Of Fame has inducted Motown's very first single to hit #1 on Billboard's Pop Chart, thereby breaking ground for the legendary label; "Please Mr.Postman" by the mighty Marvelettes is basking in the glory of Grammy honor today, despite the girls getting no love from the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame,and not nearly enough attention from Motown itself; here's the details

GREAT group....and they deserve at least a 'token' spin here and there, big NY records, "Don't Mess With Bill", "My Baby Must Be A Magician", "Playboy" and of course "Please Mr.Postman"...
