Hey folks the new 98.3 signal is on!! POWER 98.3 will come on at Midnight.

Midnight when? They were still running their old format at 5:30 this morning, complete with Prescott-area ads. No mention of Power 98.3 at all.

Good signal into Ahwahtukee on my car radio, though.

The legal ID (at least at 7am and 8am) ended with something like:

"...streaming online at RadioFlagstaff.com...if you wanna keep rockin', you better get over there...pronto."

Shortly after the 8am legal ID, there was a period of dead air (probably about 10 minutes). Then the TV themes stunting came back on, only to be replaced by the Modern Rock format again.

I'm wondering what's taking them so long to start simulcasting Power (or go to the TV theme stunting)? Are they waiting for Yavapai's advertising obligations (or LMA to 3 Point) to end? Is the STL link from Power's studios not ready? Answers please!

Have you tried calling them?
 
This morning the Z format is still on but the audio is kinda skipping. Is this part of the switch to Power or is is a real skip haha :)
