"HI-FI" TRIBUTE TO CHANNEL 5 SUNDAY NIGHT; FINAL 1360 SHOW

For what may be the last "Hi-Fi Club" for a while (or forever???), Sunday night (9/24) will be a tribute to WBAP/KXAS-Channel 5 on their 58th anniversary, featuring former news anchor Russ Bloxom. We'll also wrap up last week's NAB and R&R conventions, talk about Harold Taft and Bill "Icky Twerp" Camfield (who both died 15 years ago this week,) do some music history, local radio history, historic news and celeb birthdays, and maybe even play some music. Tune in 6PM-8PM on KMNY-1360AM or go to www.thehificlub.net for a link to streaming.

BTW, no news yet on a new home for the show, but I do have a couple of phone calls to return...any changes will be posted to the Hi-Fi Club website.
 
I hope you can find a new station. KAAM comes to mind. Also, do you have any CD's of any of these shows available? I'm always out when the show is on.
