hey moderator...why was this posted edited???
since when are songtitles and artists considered copyrights?

this is complete BS. now I know why people are leaving this website.

The link goes to their STREAM!
The stream of David Sadof's weekly show.
There's nothing to read in an audio feed.

E-mail it to me. I'll post it somewhere and it won't get edited!

Hmmmm..... I don't understand what the problem is either. If you want to read the playlist from this show, you can visit my blog
on myspace and find it there along with some photos from the show. I promise that no copyrights were violated and no animals were harmed in the posting of this show.

While you're there, add my as your friend. Of course, you do NOT have to join myspace to view my blog.

The song titles and artists are not copyright protected. That is correct. This issue lies with the text of the post [possibly] being copied from another website. I have researched the post and the content. Upon conducting this research to give you an answer, I did come across another website that David has posted to, that I believe is his blog.

For future reference, it would be helpful to have permissions posted, with links. We had no way of knowing off-hand whether the material posted is protected by copyright. For example you cannot take a list or story out of Rolling Stone and paste it here. The post in question looked like it came from another publication.

Our apologies for the edit, I will retrieve the original and replce it in David's original post.

Feel free to contact me with any other questions. We appreciate your participation on Radio-Info.

David's list comes from his mind. He has all the music. (I've seen a lot of it. He has a lot of music.) The fact is, David could program an entire radio station. Basically, he programs his show from his library. Sometimes, it's a certain theme, based on events, holidays, etc. He puts forth the list, so his friends and fans can see what he is doing on his Sunday night show.

Sometimes, a cigar is just a cigar!
