https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L8zIgc3HcNo

If you are wondering in 2016 where ABC Radio Network went to. the Former ABC O&O's are now a part of Cumulus Westwood one as of 2016. And the Names ABC Radio News, ESPN Radio and Radio Disney are owned managed by Disney and sales distribution are managed by Skyview networks.

Note ABC Radio, ESPN Radio and Radio disney are on Slacker Radio Apps nationwide.

The ABC radio owned and operated stations were sold to Citadel with a closing date of June 13, 2007.

Citadel was sold by Citadel shortly after emerging from bankruptcy to Cumulus Media.

Westwood One is a division of Cumulus Media, Inc., not part of its corporate name.

Yes thats True thanks for the clarification. Wow but the video showed what ABC Radio Networks was like under Disney's ownership right before Citadel took control of the former ABC Radio O&O's.

Citadel also bought the ABC Radio Network, as it was then, excluding certain branded products (as you said) like ABC Radio News, ESPN Radio and Radio Disney. For a few years, Citadel continued using the ABC Radio Network name under license. But that license expired some time ago. It's all now part of Cumulus Media. It's interesting that All Access is co-sponsoring a party during the NAB with ABC Radio. That is the part of Disney mentioned in the OP that is managed by Skyview.
