I thought Syco TV owns and create the Got Talent editions. I know Syco TV owns and creator Simon Cowell own and directs the US and UK editions of Got Talent. I noticed that only Fremantle shows up as the production group and the ABS-CBN network and Boyet Vidanes are listed as the creator and producers of Pilipinas got Talent not Cowell. Was this because Fremantle pays royalty fees to SycoTV and Cowell when Fremantle gets rights to Franchise the Got talent name to other countries and auction off the show via LMA's to local Networks like ABS-CBN?
