How did we find out about a flip on a CBS radio station in New York?

First LA got Amped. How did we know for sure that a station in New York would be next to flip? Which market is next to flip?
 
if i remember correctly adam corolla spilled the beans on his farewell show b4 the flip to amp in la, that was the first hint then there was an article in allaccess that said many markets were flipping,ny,la,boston etc so i guess that might answer the questions??
