There are none. HD AM stations do not (and can not) have subchannels.

WBZ AM HD2 is all Norwegian oldies 24/7 and WBZ AM HD3 is all old traffic reports from the '70s - '80s.

I noticed on my car radio about 8 pm tonight (dusk) that 1050 out of NYC, WEPN, was starting to break out of the WBZ hash and was more audible. Just now, even better (Sun night baseball).
WINS 1010 also semi-audible despite the hash. But 1020 and 1040, no chance of course.
