How Sports/talk Pundits ended up in politics

Just plain silly. Once again, the goal in online media is to increase clicks, and that's exactly what this story has done.

Well Clay Travis one of the pundits for Fox Sports was named and got the Alex Jones infowars comparisons over how he discussed about the Robert Lee issue but damn who thought that the Roger Ailes/Steve Bannon/Scott Livingston Playbook could happen in sports talk though. But all sports/talk shows are fighting over ratings though. Yes some athletes and sports pundits from all the networks have taken political stances though as the article has mentioned. Well thats some of the inner working thats been released so far though about being a sports pundit. You do the same things as the political Pundits on CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, Blaze, Sinclair, and Breitbart but instread of targeting congress and cabinet members its league comisioners, team owners, coaches and athletes that the sports pundits are ranting about.

Well Clay Travis one of the pundits for Fox Sports

Just want to point out that AFAIK, Travis didn't make this charge on Fox Sports TV, but his own website OutkickTheCoverage. He then went on CNN to discuss it. I see he also was a guest with Tucker Carlson on Fox News. But I don't see any reference to him on the Fox Sports cable channels or FS1. He does a sports talk radio show for them.

Everyone who ever listened to Clay Travis's radio show. Clay Travis has been beating this drum for years. Probably dating back before FSR brought him on board nationally, but I wasn't aware of him before that.

I can also name Keith Olbermann who used to be a sports pundit for KTLA, and then to ESPN, and then, he became a political anchor for MSNBC, but after he got fired, he went on to GQ to host "The Closer", which is now called "The Resistance".
