Overnight, how might a WGBH-FM radio engineer be contacted for reporting technical difficulties as it's happening while listening via antenna!?...
How to improve radio engineering at WGBH-FM Boston Brighton 89.7 MHz
a) Monitor WGBH-FM overnight broadcasting for technical difficulties. Listeners listening to radio via antenna haven't good access to WGBH-FM for reporting technical difficulties to an overnight engineer.
b) Overnight don't broadcast for half an hour 2 unrelated recordings simultaneously, over oneanother to listeners listening to radio via antenna.
c) Overnight don't broadcast a tone for 10 minutes to listeners listening to radio via antenna.
d) Setup 24/7 live telephone line for technical difficulties reports from listeners listening to radio via antenna. Not voicemail. Not a next weekday audience services call center with staff unfamiliar with broadcasting technical difficulties.
