Screwing around on you tube I found this.I know its not Providence but on the same line as WPRO-FM promo or was it WHJY?
 
This particular spot was not on PRO-FM. However, this series of spots was made in Nashville, Tenn., I believe and was part of a series for stations. It was dubbed "Remarkable Mouth".....Various women (all beautiful) would mouth in sync using the stations jocks as the voice This spot could have been used for HJY as it fits the format, but I do not recall seeing it. The remarkable mouth commercial for PRO-FM used a woman in a Black Tee shirt. Can't remember her name,( Debbie something or other) but after the spot, she ended up in the evening soap of "Dallas" about the Ewing oil empire. Hope this helps you.
 
Over at Youtube, if you type in 'vintage 92 PRO-FM Commercial'. You will see the beautiful model lip syncing the best of PRO-FM, circa early 80's.
