I hope that RTN/RTV comes back to 42-2 and give the hispanics their own.

I just found out that the channel that is most watched in my house the RTN/RTV Austins 42-2 is now being taken over just like Austins channel 24-2 was by telemundo now this just isn't right our english television is being taken over by all this hispanic (mexican) stuff and it just aint right. It's bad enough that when the switch took place we lost channel 7 Austin's fox network. I told my husband about this telemundo taking over our tv station that shows all of our tv shows that we use to watch when we were little and he's not pleased either. My husband and I watch this channel with our kids and they enjoy watching the shows that we grew up watching also. My husband will even watch this channel because he is in to the western shows I'm not but he is and I just think we have been done dirty by these television stations it seems like before you know it if you cant afford sattelight or cable we will be messed over because the only thing us english speeking people are being forced to watch is spanish (mexican) stuff with not a lick of english in it.... What I think needs to happen is if these Hispanic people need to have their channels to watch then let them BUT LEAVE OUR CHANNELS ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If any one agree's with me than lets do somthing about this...

Well the station air time goes to the one with the money to buy it. I think the new FCC czar out to make'em provide English on the secondary-audio channel.
