I think I've heard the worst show ever, and it's out of Missouri

There's a morning show on a brokered AM station nearby that I happened to catch called The Power Hour that apparently is based out of Versailles. This could be the worst talk radio show I've ever heard, and now I can't stop listening to this show because of how awful it is. Has anyone heard of it? These two hosts think they're really making a difference in the world (complete with self-serving comedy bits about how the government is trying to shut down their show) but they don't seem to realize how small they are. And being a brokered show, all their guests are trying to sell something. I also doubt half the stuff they say they actually believe, since....well, talk radio hosts are professional liars anyway. Are people really calling in to this show regularly and taking it seriously and buying the products? Seriously?

Welcome to the world of patriot radio.

You're talking about Dave VonKleist and Joyce Riley. Much of their audience listens on shortwave or over the Internet. Yes, people take them seriously. Ever hear of Alex Jones?
