I'd love to be able to aircheck an out-of-area station

Sounds of Sinatra with Sid Mark airs on Philly's Big Talker WPHT 1210 AM http://www.soundsofsinatra.com Sunday mornings 8-1 PM ET. WPHT doesn't stream the Sinatra show.
I can only pick it up in North Jersey on a portable transistor radio (not even the stereo gets the Philly station).

What do I need to buy to utilize the transistor radio to get an out-of-area station to feed it into the computer (or tape) for listening on tape-delay so I can start sleeping in on Sunday mornings and listen later?
Thank you.

First, you may know there are things like Select A Tenna that are placed near AM radios to improve AM reception. (They work great) Second, one way to record your station is downloading Audacity (its free) it is a bit tricky to learn but you can record the night before and leave it recording then later chop out what you don't want, save what you want as wave files (less than 80min each) then burn to cds using Roxio or something similar. It is a bit to learn but works great. Another idea is to record on a VHS tape machine, use the timer, but you need a video source added with your audio for this to work. Plug in something with a video output into the video in along with your radio as audio in.
