No offense, KDM, but it sounds like you're making up this story (since you've already posted this same "theory" over and over :-\)

No offense taken, because you already know I have the dated, time stamped links and proof to back it up. We (my friend and I) actually had this conversation in typing, not verbally, so..... the proof is forever recorded (and now I will even save a copy of all 90 of our comments in my email).

However, I bet if this topic was in favor of increasing alternative, pop-rock, or anything of that nature, you wouldn't question if it were true. Instead, you'd be in total support, finding your sources of facts and evidence to back up why more alternative and rock needs to be done. ;D :-\ But WWVA is rhythmic (and on top of that, a CC rhythmic) and you see someone is supporting it, so subconsciously it affects you (as usual). It's almost like a republican making a democrat joke to a democrat - it affects them! I see it happening all the time with you in the CHR / Mainstream / Pop section. I just choose not to say anything. Where's CHRles? lol

If you really wanted us the believe ths story, you should've said that your "friend" had trouble with Wild's signal, not that he couldn't pick it up at all, anywhere - and instead of "settling" for Q100 you should've had him "settle" for V103

Pretty funny that you just happen to have a "friend" who was driving through Atlanta, rather than visiting Atlanta

And guess what...CHRies isn't here! Instead, a bunch of posters who are familiar with Atlanta radio answered your question very clearly, by clarifying that there is little problem with Wild's signal -and then you started to debate them lol

With all due respect (I've always wanted to use that phrase), I notice you have a tendency to see and believe mainly only the things that support what you like and if it falls outside of that, it must be "made up" or debatable. I tell you I have a dated, timestamped conversation regarding this topic and somehow this intensifies your belief that the conversation is made up? How does that happen? And wouldn't a better made up story be that he was IN Atlanta so I could use him to tell me what's going on in specific parts of town so I could provide stronger (or weaker) arguments? ???

To keep it short and precise, I'll just say this:

1. A dated and time stamped facebook conversation on a business page owned by someone else cannot be fabricated (or if it can, I don't know how, but I've seen facebook conversations used as valid proof in court). I'll PM you the link if you want to see it...

2. If that's not enough proof, my friend (search Mid West Clubber on Radio-Info), you, and I, and anyone else who feels it's necessary can all 3 way live on the phone and I'll quietly listen as you "interview" him and he can tell you what happened. The purpose of me being on the line is (a) well, because I know him so I have to connect the call, and (b) so I can be sure to hear the same things you heard.

Not that this is 100% necessary, but if you want to make this interesting, we can do this in a heartbeat. I've delivered my philosophical burden of proof. Not sure how this can be twisted into fabrication.
