If you could see one more full day of any tv or cable station from any era

Some schedules I would love to see:

WJNL/19 Johnstown, PA from around 1971 or '72, when they were CBS
WCMC/40(now WMGM-TV), Wildwood, NJ, anywhere from sign-on in 1966 to about 1977
WOPC/38(later 23), Altoona, PA, anywhere from 1974 to around 1985
WKYH/57, Hazard, KY, anywhere from 1973 to 1987(after they became the current WYMT-TV)
KVFD/21, Fort Dodge, IA, anywhere from 1974 to its sign-off in 1977
WAIM/40, Anderson, SC from the mid-to late 70's, when they were ABC

How about Dave McElhatton, Belva Davis, Rollin Post, Jim Steck, Ben Williams, Leon Hunsaker (weather), Wayne Walker (sports) while they were on KPIX in the 70's.

Ted Bryant, Jim Rauh, Elliot Eki, Brian Drees, Boyd Levet, Kirk Matthews, Linda Coble, Carlos Amezcua, Dr. John Walls (weather) while they were KOIN in Portland from that era.

Also, Sandy Hill, Cliff Kirk, Harry Wappler (who just died), Wayne Cody, Ron Forsell, John Marler, Bill Clarke, Chuck Sicotte, Bob Branom, Gary Justice, Micki Flowers, Lee Carter, Ann Bush, Solon Gray, Ann Martin from KIRO (Seattle) during the 70's before John Lippman took the reins as ND in 1979.

WOFL during the early days as a Fox affiliate

WGNX back when it was an independent

WTTO back when it was an independent and before it became a Fox affiliate

I'd love to see WCCB/36 in Charlotte from their sign-on in 1964 to 1967 when they carried programing from all three networks--Actually, WBTV/3 and WSOC/9 which were also carrying programs from all three networks during that period. In 1967 WCCB, which by that time had moved down to 18, went full time ABC while WBTV was CBS and WSOC was NBC. Those were some wild schedules during those three years....

dgendvil, I have much of what you are looking for from KIRO. PM me if you'd like to get a copy. It would take some time to put together, but you might find it worth it.

I would like to see the coverage of the day President Reagan was shot in '81. For some reason, I never rolled tape. But this day had the famous ABC Frank Reynolds on-air rant, "can't we get this right?". Priceless stuff, but hard to find.

Our cable access channel when it had a camera that scanned weather dials. Like to see the barometric pressure go below the scale during the Blizzard of 78.

i like to see wkab tv 1952-1954 wrestling movies bishop sheen country music shows local western movies etc

"bishop sheen"

I think they're still running old kinescopes of his DuMont and ABC shows of the 1950s--and the color tapes he made in Rochester for the syndicated revival in the 1960s--on both Trinity and EWTN, if you're interested. All these years later he remains compelling...something you can't say about most of the current programs they offer.

Bob:
I am not Catholic by faith, though I am a Christian..Long before now, when I would see Bishop Sheen on WEWS-TV 5 in the syndicated shows in the 1960's as a youngster, he intimidated me. Listening to him, now, he is (was) a very compelling speaker..
