IHeart media IHRT stock is tanking. What are going to do in Seattle because of it?

Minot ND... specifically. The Seattle stations 95.7, 96.5, 102.5, and 106.1 as well as 950, 93.3, 1090, and 880 may definitely suffer in revenue but not all of them will suffer bad radio shares.

880 is Hubbard

@Todd Mitchell i wonder if anyone knows exactly what your job is and how long you've been there? I mean, obviously, i have some clue, since were FB friends.

But I have to laugh when some folks are telling a guy about a company he works for and stuff he was involved in.

(Hint, folks, you can google todd)

Well there you go, Facebook friends.
But I have to laugh when some folks are telling a guy about a company he works for and stuff he was involved in.
Then why be obtuse? If he knows so much, why not explain it from his standpoint?
Near as I can tell, neither BigA nor I were wrong in our opinions. Spending that kind of money for Minot, or whatever other small to medium market stations on the cusp of a radio wounding recession would have been a disaster. Todd getting bothered because it was something that happened sixteen years ago brings nothing to the discussion.

Not bothered, but that, too, would be irrelevant.

Minot was just one of many - MANY - markets, so the context is considerably different than that which you attempt to imply. If anything, the bet would have been much more safe, given the number of markets in which the buy was spread.

Let's stop beating this dead, unrelated horse. The thread is about Seattle.
