I'm A Morning Listener. How can anybody tolerate T-Man's Show?

No I dont work for any radio stations nor am I a "Hater". I'm just a morning commuter that has resulted to having to get Sirus radio in my car to keep my sanity. :( I find it odd that so many people hate the dog house but are willing to listen to this show, which is a generic version of the Dog house. They have the Filipina Woman(Ruthie Like) Even similar voices, the side kick who sounds like Elvis and T-man with an extremely annoying voice. :mad: The worse part of all of this is that they are not even from the Bay Area. They have no Idea about local events nor do they broadcast about club events or shows in the area. Its Horrible. Every morning it is the same exact format. Talk about fake relationships on the air with callers trying to get air time lying about relationship problems. How boring is that? Do people really care that much about other peoples love problems? Once upon a time the Bay Area was unique with radio programming. Now it has become the stale clone that all radio is. I'm so so so dissapointed and upset with how radio is run. Even the music is the same 10 songs every day for months. PATHETIC!
 
finally somebody with ears who is using them!! seriously T-crap needs to get run out of town! White Menace could do a better show. is there any chance we can get the doghouse on alice since sarah is "out"??that would be the move of the decade! how can T-Mess do a show without talking about the local night clubs. he obviously doesn't know the target of the radio station. doesn't care about the bay... and yea -- token asian girl on the show...he's even saying his wife is filipino...give us a break! that's about as fake as his callers...i hear tons of callers everyday who claim to be from the BAY, talking about relationship problems...i'm not buying it! --- T-Mouth is probably too busy counting money to care! why would they think a rock dj would work on wild? i don't get it!
 
Wow! I've never known of a Bay Area show to stir up such emotion and I lived there for 18 years. Ok, you got me.
I'll be tuning in tomorrow morning on the internet.
 
I don't recall that many people hating the Dog House...

However, if you listen to the Dog House online, they are in San Francisco for a week and a half, broadcasting live to New York tomorrow, before heading to court to duke it out with the Al Davis of San Francisco radio, Michael Martin.

I've been begging for them to come back and if Sarah is really done, throw Elvis and JV on. However, the Dog House being on Alice sounds kinda poofy...

Evoke all kinds of "emotion" from people . Even those in the industry who are bitter. Get em' all to listen and before you know it everybody's hooked.

Bring somebody back, Dog house, Strawberry...sumthang. Morning radio is so bad. I'm now actually buying CD's for my morning commute. Where is the Bay Area love? Wild forgets who made them number one.

What happened the ratings just came out and y'all bitter cause he just went #1 or something and you expected to get his job. forget it. t-man's what's big now. except it and live with it. LMFAO

Can you give me a demo T-Man is #1 in? I guess 12-24.

He is at a tie for #2 in the 18-34 demo with KMEL. That is good, but not #1.
 
LOL wow is this the conspiracy T-Man fan club? I actually was curious to see what the Bay thought of this show so I did a search on his rating and this is the only "Radio" board where people discuss this. So yes I did Create this handle just to voice my opinion. Quit obsessing over who's trying to chop down T-Man I could give a flying [EDIT]either way I just think his show is garbage. I said the same thing about Chuy Gomez and his boring morning show but at least he is a Bay Area native and plays some decent music at times. As for the jealousy, Jealous of what exactly? you act like the world is homeless and T man is the only guy with a career, mortgage and car note. GTFOH.

This is a classic Michael Martin tactic. Either go to online boards and post or even write complaint emails to competitors.
 
why would it sound poofy ..... ?? do they use a different brand of microphones on kllc?? do the airwaves not exude enough testosterone for your liking?? if they are on the the air...they would be heard - the station doesn't matter...real talent shines thru.
 
The Alice name does not scream out DOG HOUSE coming at you...

Imagine JV saying, "We'll be back on Alice"

Just doesn't seem right with me...

Wow Clear Channel really is full of mindless zombies who obey like lap dogs. Really sad and pathetic. I cant wait for them to self destruct. They ruined radio.

while i'm not a huge fan of t-man, i can't argue with #2 in his first book. and i'm sure the kyld staff wouldn't argue either. when's the last time their morning numbers were that good? i don't think strawberry ever broke #4 or 5, did he?

I am not bad mouthing his ratings. Just pointing out you can't just say he was #1 when he wasn't. Tied for #2 in your target demo in your first book is pretty dang good though.

I'm not commenting on the quality of the show. I have my own opinion, but am out of his demo by a few years, so honestly, what I think does not matter.
 
Actually...in their final ratings book...Strawberry had a higher rating but was ranked number#3. In this book everyone went down but KMEL went down HUGE with Chuey losing almost 2 full points.
