As the subject says, I'm glad that CBS was forced to sell WMMR back when they were buying Infinity radio. If you look at WMMR's former sister stations in other cities, they are gone. WMMR is still rocking after 40 years. I'm certain that CBS would have changed WMMR's format to protect WYSP which had better ratings at the time. Now post Stern, look what has become of all his CBS owned stations in all the different cities. It's ironic that the original WIP-FM is still rocking as WMMR and the old WYSP is talking as the new WIP-FM.
