In Tuscaloosa, a translator changes hands… and what about that low power TV station?

I saw where W223BZ has changed hands. EMF doesn't need it now that they own a full power station for their K-Love format. This station's CP has been transferred to TTI, but the parent station has changed to WUAL-HD2.

I'm sure that's just a placeholder until they can figure something else out.

And now a question. A while back a license to cover was filed for a low power digital TV station, W21DM-D. But I can't find any info on it. Can anyone tell if it's actually on the air, and what it's carrying?
