Inga Barks of KMJ AM 580 arrested on Monday IN Bakersfield.

Not trying to make a political statement at all, (just a how dumb Inga is statement) she was talking about how people on psych meds (like her) should still be aloud to have CCW's.

EXACTLY! I know more than a couple of alkies with CCWs.
 
Inga needs a "mind change" as well as a "Name Change". "Barks" would be a good name for a person that works with animals or trees -- not as an "On the air" name.

huh? I thought 'barks' was rather appropriate, having heard her a few times.
 
Gee, she was not driving at the time so I think this thing has been blown out of proportion. A name change would be beneficial tho.
 
Drunken disorderly sounds like what this is about. A lot of people do this once in awhile. I don't think it is anything real big, as long she wasn't behind the wheel of a car. I don't see a real problem with this. After all, she has been through a lot lately, husband's passing etc. I understand completely.

She demands that she has a right to carry a concealed firearm even though it appears her 'meds' cause a tendency to pass out, be disorderly and resist arrest - hmmm
Peak/KMJ sees a ratings boost among their "true believers in all things said on KMJ" by getting her back on air while the story is still hot. Can't wait until the matter runs it's course in court. They're bein' clobbered by that damn CC FM.
 
Re: Inga Barks off air, again

I Tuned in Friday evening and Inga was off again. I called the staton, but got no explanation. Anybody got any clues?
