In Quebec, language is a hot and sensitive issue here since the 1960's.

Montreal did once have a bilingual radio station - the late CKVL. For most of its more recent history, of course, it was a French station.

These are indeed interesting times for Quebec. The Separatist party won the last provincial election.
I wonder if they are forming their own QRTC right now... lol
