I live in Western WA, and KNCO is audible most nights on 830 khz., coming in on a N-S bearing, and it generally pokes through the KGNW-820 splash reasonably well. Some nights KNCO is stronger than on others. CKKY, Wainwright, AB often is strong on 830 on the E-W bearing.
KGRV is usually present on 700 khz., although depending on where you are in the Seattle-Tacoma area, KIRO's splash can cover it or interfere with it. During the spring and summer I didn't hear KGRV much, but this Fall and Winter KGRV has been in there most nights.
I've also heard KXLX (ESPN Spokane) on 700 khz., although it was mostly clobbered by KIRO.
