Apparently, Ion is severly cutting up the movies they are showing in order to fit in more commercials. Today, they showed "Short Circuit", and the movie was so severly cut up that it affected the storyline.
Also, there were a lot of "hell" and "damn" in the movie, something that would not stand under the regime of Bud Paxson.
One last thing, last night about 12:30 AM, there was a 2 minute commercial (at least on WPXA/Atlanta) featuring a product that promised to enlarge a certain part of the male anatomy used in the making of children. (Oddly enough, the five-letter "P" name of the part was never used). Until then, I had never seen a TV ad for penial enlargement on TV, broadcast or cable.
I guess Ion is trying to shead it's image of old. Won't work unless they dump infomercials.
