Is “Zoey” Coming To The Hudson Valley?

As you probably, WPBZ’s “The Breeze” at 103.9 flipped from soft AC to variety hits known as “Zoey”, and that was back in March, and I haven’t posted since I haven’t catch up yet if you have not heard the news.

Over in the Hudson Valley, WKXP’s “Lite-FM” at 94.3 is running Soft AC and it is still competing with WRNQ’s “Q92”, WBPM and WGHQ’s “Magic 92.5”, and all of the three stations are now going after it.

I hope “Lite-FM” doesn’t do well, maybe 94.3 should flip to a variety hits “Zoey” type format, and also “Lite-FM” still carries John Tesh from WHUD and WROW’s “Magic 590/100.5”. If 94.3 gets rid of John Tesh, maybe “PopCrush Nights” will be replacing him, but I don’t see it happening anytime soon.

Any thoughts on this?
