WHPY-FM doesn't cover Lobelville anymore since they were able to move stations in that area around to keep at least one station licensed to Lobelville (that would be WMAK).
WGSQ has already downgraded to a class C0, otherwise, WHPY should have been short spaced. It was a class C, but with C0 facilities. I doubt WGSQ will further downgrade. It was unwilling to do so in 2011, at least they didn't at first.
