Is DON MARTIN killing Fox Sports Radio WEEI

Other than "MAD's Maddest Artist" I don't know who Don Martin is. Still not sure if they will do that "ESPN to 850,
WEEI to (FM)" move but at least some of the playoff ballgames are on stations I can pick up now. ESPN wants to be on full time somewhere...if Entercom had another AM in town with a half decent signal, it could wind up there. Still awaiting official word.

Martin is the FOX Radio Boss

Don Martin is NOT having second thoughts about BRUNO
even thought WEEI in Boston is duming the show (and Fox)
that girl is Bruno's girlfriend ...

TONY BRUNO is NOT a failed experement no matter what it says in the papers

JT did mention on the air that "Boston (WEEI) is losing the show"...maybe if they ever did do the move to FM
(starting to wonder, will it ever happen?) presumably 850 could be ESPN 24/7 and the FM could run Fox Sports
if they wished (is JT's cult following that big?)

now I hear the content factory sold Patrick and Bruno
no one can say it is Bruno's falt they lost WEEI

I wonder what WEEI think about Don Martain???

and yes JT the Brick does have a HUGE fan club in Boston
but he has been on the radio a long time there
Bruno would have one to given enough time

I hope nobody takes this at face value. WEEI pulled the plug on him and he's putting the best spin on it. They're "losing" him sounds so much better than they're "dumping" him.

Are you people completely devoid of the ability to think intelligently?

the JT the Brick fan club must be jumping up and down now that they have the show on FM ... I know there is a HUGE JT Fan club in Boston

When I wrote my post it was before WBZ-FM picked up Fox Sports. It was repeating speculation that should
WEEI switch to FM and put ESPN on AM, they could have 'em both, Fox Sports overnight on one freq,
ESPN on the other. Last night I tuned into J.T. because I love hearing him complain when the Yankees lose
("Cranky Yankee" mode). I also heard a bit of the ESPN on WEEI, incl. some interesting discussion about the
World Series with Amy K. Nelson (no relation to me but I do have a niece named Amy; not her)
