I enjoyed that so much. Reminded me of the late 2000s/early 2010s hearing songs like LMFAO's "Party Rock Anthem", Fareast Movement "Like A G6", Dev "In The Dark", and Black Eyed Peas "Rock That Body" on Power 106 again. The fact that it's in 2025 makes it so surreal. Reminded me of the days of college and my first job.

Ngl for me it's a cool playlist. I have a recording of it and I've been listening it at night during the last couple of days

And how do you know the music wasn't pre-programmed? Morning drive is one daypart where PDs are very likely to have it all in the automation playback computer in advance.

Do try to remember that radio is not like a club. The DJs don't get to choose the music (with the exception of mixshows, and I doubt it was a mixshow in that daypart).
