Is the musicial tide turning on B-96 or is it just wishful thinking?

I have been noticing B-96 doing a lot of rotation of Cascada's, "Everytime We Touch."
Now, I do realize this is a Pop/Dance hit, but will this signal the return to all types of dance music on B-96?
Maybe the tide is turning OR it is just wishful thinking on my part? The barrage of hip-hop cannot last forever.

i doubt it ... they did the same recently with Listen to My Heart (dance version) by DHT, and i think they played Madonna "Hung Up" a little bit. They usually only add dance like this because they're under pressure to. I think Kiss has been playing Cascada for a while now also, so B adding it just be a defensive move (B96 doesn't set trends like they did back in the day, they just follow the leader :) So instead of going back to Dance, I think what they're really trying to do is get back those listeners who switched to LaKalle. I can't tell you how many times I turn to B96 just out of curiousity, and it's either Daddy Yankee or Sean Paul. If THIS move fails (we'll have to wait and see if they're up come the next book), who knows, maybe they will get SMART and add a little more dance to the hiphop saturated playlist. But I think for that to happen, there'll have to be some new suits to come in and take charge.

Just a song out of the ordinally so they can keep the advertiser friendly "hits" in their slogan. Nothing more nothing less....

If anything they are trying to air more flashback hip hop from a few years ago.

Now pop that in ya trunk so those can bump to it.....

and make sure you keep showin ya grillz.

Maybe those suits should go to Transit, Crobar, and any suburban club and realize that dance is indeed viable enough to be in their rotation.

I think it is time for Todd and Erik to be shown the door. All they care about it making a paycheck, not catering to the listener.
