I was gonna suggest the same thing. If your unit has an (FM OUT)jack, then you can either plug in an antenna, or plug in another higher powered Fm transmitter, you can buy them online-Ebay-RadioShack, Lots of places. The other board members might be able to suggest a good model Transmitter to use. My stock Sirius Visor unit is powerful enough stock to cover at the ver least, my property,,, And if set up right, with no DX happening, it goes 1/4 to 1/2 mile.
