Isn't the Savage lawsuit a business vs business lawsuit..about business?

From what I understand (and I haven't done much research into it) its about copywrite infringement.

Of course its being used by Savage as a personal 'got ya' retaliation, but from what I read the lawsuit may be tossed out of court.

I think his plea for listener's funds was kind of low life.

Let us all pray that Savage's lawsuit gets tossed.  The fair use copyright exceptions for commentary and criticism are well established legal principles and a vital part of free speech.  CAIR may be a loathsome organization, but the idea that a critic can't use someone's own words against them is laughable on it's face.

On this one, I agree with you BP.

I still enjoy listening to him now and then. At least his show varies from day to day.

...The Savage Weiner is "threatening" (some threat! HAH!) to move the lawsuit to Alabama, because "there's no America left in California." Yeah, let's see Weiner take his show to Montgomery and let the Bay Area breathe a little bit more unpolluted air ;-) ...that's the same crap John Ziegler pulled at KFI Los Angeles, and look where he is now, running a web page that serves as unintentional comedy...

Ah, venue shopping. Always an encouraging sign for a lawsuit.

Then again, I think it's becoming obvious to everyone that the lawsuit has a lot more to do with self-promotion than any actual free speech concerns.

Well listen to that hate monger complaining about the down trodden white race, I'm glad that he is getting sued. Funny coming from a Jewish man using talking points from Mein Kampf.
