It's "hump day", I'm sure B98.5 FM's Jordan Graye will be happy!

Wow everybody, it's "hump day"! I'm sure B98.5 FM's Jordan Graye will be happy that we're getting through the workweek and on the way to the weekend! Hey we're just moments away from the B98.5 FM 98 at 9, that's over 98 minutes of music every weekday morning at 9! 98 at 9, fifty minute music hours, Atlanta's best variety of soft rock, and hump day means we're even closer to that Big 80s weekend. Did I leave out something?

Voted #1 to listen to at work...AGAIN!

98 minutes of music at 9 AM? That's over 50 minutes of music in a single hour!

I would think they would do 98 at 5 just because of their Frequency.

Or apply with FCC to move to become B98.9 FM. And add a nighttime 98 at 9 with Delilah.

Or a new idea. The B98.5 "790 at 6:40". "That's over 790 minutes of music every third Wednesday on odd months if there's a full moon starting at 6:40am." "It's the most music to jumpstart your commute on the three times every two decades this occurs."

You guys crack me up. You're spot-on... B98.5 is absolutely shameful. You'd think Atlanta would have a better sounding AC than this!

It did, Peach 94.9. But in ten years or so CC will get the Bull back up to the Peach's level.

How about the 98 minute shakedown? 98 minutes of light rock and possibly some rhythmic oldies sprinkled in during a 98 minute mixshow? Now THAT would be original!

By the way, when will they start doing the 90's weekend? It's almost about that time to start.

And in somewhat of an unrelated note, I'm disappointed that The Pulse on Sirius/XM has now stopped doing the 90's and today and moved on to 2000's and today! Now I've lost total connection with them because... well, I don't know that much pop/rock alternative hit music from 2000+. As far as I've heard on the stations I've listened to over the past 10 years, most hits 2000+ were hip hop hits. Other than a few hits by Finger Eleven, Green Day, Daughtry...etc, once you pass the year 2000, I'm pretty much lost when it comes to pop rock hits. I am sort of wondering what many stations will do when it comes time to start playing the best of the 00's and 10's? Our hit music station KZZP does their flashbacks on the weekends over the past 10 to 15 years or so and this has only caused them to sound MORE urban, playing flashbacks from Outkast, Notorious BIG, Digital Underground, Toya, Tupac.... Hmmm.. I guess playing back in the day NSYNC, Daniel Beddingfield, P!NK and stuff like that just isn't cutting it anymore these days.

I wonder what B98.5 will do when it comes time to having to play and focus mainly on light rock hits from 2000+, assuming that radio as we know it doesn't change too much between now and then?
