it's so easy to own a radio station in NJ

Why bother even starting a pirate station when there are over 10 radio licenses for sale all over NJ, between the NJN Network and Atlantic Broadcasting. The price isn't even that high. The excuse of the lack of availability of licenses is ridiculous. There are some houses that cost more than the radio stations that are for sale.

Yet the radio dial in Newark is filled to capacity with pirates.

Money may not be able to buy love or happiness, but I'm working for a company which proves that money - and microscopically little else - is all that's needed to buy and operate stations.

Please pass the Cheez Whiz.
