Jackson Radio History Would Make a Great Play-better than Greater Tuna!

Wow, my cheeks are hurting from smiling after reading all the recent posts regarding the real history of radio in the Jackson market. It's like "WKRP" meets "Dallas" with a shot of "9-5". Maybe someone should turn it into a script-after reading the synopsis of the book mentioned a few posts back it sounds like it was ripped from actual events!
My feelings about the chicken "Colonel", his Island of Dr. Moreau" wife, and steroid victim offspring are no secret. It's galling when such twisted, near sociopathic people like the tan man somehow are rewarded for their incompetence. It's the "Peter Principle" writ large.
I look forward to the further contributions of those witnesses to the excesses of that bunch of beer swilling, wife-swapping, adulterous, hillbilly white trash. I'd be even more interested if the tale included the romps between various sales floozies and their clients. After all the motto at 1375 always was "When sales go down, skirts go up" ...or words to that effect......

The offspring still lives on Daddy's money. He is said to have fetal Alcohol syndrome and is un-employable, except where his relatives can deal with him.
