Jamie Kellner has died at 77, helped launched Fox & The WB as well as made the decision to cancel WCW Nitro & Thunder.

Jamie Kellner has died, he was the TV executive who helped launch the Fox Network for News Corporation and the now defunct network The WB for Time Warner, as well as ran TBS & TNT in the early 2000s making the decision to cancel WCW Monday Nitro on TNT & WCW Thunder on TBS which pretty much ended not only the Monday Night Wars in pro wrestling but pretty much contributed to WCW going out of business in which it was sold to Vince McMahon's WWE (then WWF) in 2001, which ended several decades of wrestling on TBS and ended TNT's involvement in the scripted sport until AEW started in 2019 (AEW launched Dynamite on TNT but the show moved to TBS in 2022, and also launched Rampage in 2021 and Collision in 2023, both Rampage & Collision has been on TNT since the start but due to sports playoffs earlier this year, a few episodes of both show aired on TBS).
