The Batblessing

One night we were watching "Batman" with a neighbor of ours, and the local priest dropped by for some reason, probably making a visitation. When it was time for him to bless the house, we turned down the tv. A moment of Batreverence.

If you were a real Nielsen family, you'd have
asked him to come back at 8/7 Central time.

LMFAO! Sorry, I've never seen a Nielsen meter. And I've lived my entire life east of the Appalachians so that would have been 9/8 Eastern.

I find it interesting that three icons of '60s American pop culture (the Monkees, the Mamas and Papas, and "Batman") all came on the scene in 1966 and left it in 1968.
