The station may still be testing, but its online assets (including live stream) are active. According to its Facebook page, the morning show will officially begin this coming Tuesday (the 15th). And, yes, it is marketing itself as a local station for Clarence-Rockland (instead of the broader Ottawa area).

Indeed, the music format is somewhat different than the Ottawa signal, much like they were when they first started out. Kind of surprised that they are co-channel with Montreal's CKBE, who were hammering them here in Ottawa today.
