I wonder if we'll see Hot AC "Mix 107.9" make a bigger threat towards WNCI?
 
I would have banked on Crenshaw. Still not a bad move though WNCI is ripe
to be attacked. The morning show is growing stale and uninteresting. The music is
predictable, and overall the station isn't innovating like they used to. Steele has plenty of background
in Columbus and CC, and should know how to counter program them. It's just too bad
other than Sunny, Saga doesn't have great signals in Columbus.
 
Agree on all points. Outside the morning show, nothing going on. They've completely lost the "community" vibe and the show is very old for the demo that is suppose to be their "attractive core". Maybe SNY can under cut them-
 
I've never been a fan of "The Morning Zoo". Outside of The Zoo, they have only Chris "I talk 1,000 words a minute" Davis on in the afternoons locally. The rest is tracked and/or syndicated. WNCI is stale. Typical CC station. ::)
