Joe Kelly to Tulsa morning radio

Poliburo? Polident?

Don't you mean the Politburo?

> Every news service has their biases,

I am not talking about individual reporters and employees.

I am referring to upper management.

None is more biased and worked higher in a political organization and a news organization than Roger Ailes.

Bill Moyers was probably closer to LBJ than Ailes was to recent Republican administrations. But Moyers was never a part of CBS or PBS management.

I noticed you edited Ailes' name out of your reply because his name alone weakens your argument.

Which was weak anyway since you can't spell Politburo.

Re: Fox News Channel KRMG bound too!

When will KRMG start airing the Fox News Channel Radio?

Doesn't KFAQ also carry FNC?

The Tulsa radio wars are getting more and more interesting. As more people continue to get tired of Michael D., I suspect they will migrate back to KRMG.

He is a good talent, but the act is getting old.

Re: Fox News Channel KRMG bound too!

I had the great pleasure of working at KRMG, although only as a part timer in their news department. I worked with Erling and found him to be an incredible talent. I remember vividly the morning that he proposed that the Tulsa Golden Driller be modernized by adding an earring! It drove the town nuts, just as Erling knew it would! His shoes will be hard to fill, though I am sure management has considered the decision carefully and no matter how talented his replacement is, the transition will come with some difficulty. You dont replace a 30-year morning show icon easily.

Is Erling staying with KRMG or is he retiring? Anyone know his plans?
