John Dickerson Moves From ‘60 Minutes’ to ‘CBS Sunday Morning’ (EXCLUSIVE)
Former 'Face the Nation' moderator and 'CBS This Morning' anchor John Dickerson is also developing a series for Paramount Plus.
After two years on “60 Minutes,” CBS News correspondent John Dickerson is shifting the focus of his political analysis and national affairs reporting to “CBS Sunday Morning” and other broadcasts. He’s also developing a series for Paramount Plus.
Dickerson’s title at CBS News has been bumped up from senior political analyst to chief political analyst and senior national correspondent, reflecting the breadth of his reporting. He’ll continue to serve as a key anchor on breaking news for major national events.
CBS News emphasized that moving Dickerson out of the deep-dive long-lead reporting tradition of “60 Minutes” will allow him to produce more for “Sunday Morning” as well as “CBS This Morning,” “CBS Evening News With Norah O’Donnell” and “Face the Nation.”
