No. But with KFI's huge signal they can be heard throughout Southern California, have a sizeable San Diego following and are streamed online. You'll often see their name pop up in the San Francisco Chronicle or the Sacramento Bee.charles hobbs said:How much influence do they have outside of SoCal? Are they still syndicated anywhere else?
Who? What is it? Certainly doesn't get a governor saying "Who is running this state John & Ken or Me" which is something the Governator said.justpassingthough said:WHO?
Lauren Conrad is more the defacto Governor of California than John and/or Ken.

But they do make some great points on a regular basis, and use their big chrome mic to beat them 'til their bloodyI love listening to them rant; I'm waiting for the day Ken busts a blood vessel and keels over on the air!

It means politicans are being outed for what they really are...political hacks who continually lie. That applies to both parties. Thank goodness for people like John & Ken who have the ability to point it out. They just happen to be entertaining as well.Michael Rivers Kramer said:Does this mean that outspoken conservative talk show hosts are no longer "just entertainers" but political machines?

Careful about what you brag about. (Although...It was a Fox blog)
Premiere Radio in mid-March at KFI's request after the Los Angeles Times published another of its famous mistake riddled hit piece articles, this time erroneously stating that Conservative Talkradio was on the wane, gathered together the actual amount of listeners that John & Ken reach. It's around 1.1 million a week http://patterico.com/2009/03/16/la-times-hit-piece-on-john-and-ken/elchupacabras said:That is a ridiculous assertion. Let's suppose these guys get a 2 share in the 25-54 demographic in the LA MSA. How many people is that? Very few. And to include the whole Golden State? That's like saying Rush Limbaugh is the POTUS because he's got a hot show that less 5 percent of the population listens to. Hard to believe the schlock some people really get suckered into.
