Josh Innes and Tony Bruno to take over WIP afternoons

WIP should do very well with this, Missanelli's schtick has gotten stale IMO while Josh Innes is a great listen, and a breath of fresh air to Philadelphia radio. Whether you like him or hate him, he gets listeners. And of course people will listen to it just because Tony Bruno is a Philadelphia radio legend.

Just like New York, what works in that market doesn't always transcend to working nationwide, most people hate the attitude and accent of the people from these cities across the nation. I never heard Tony, but I do listen to Francesa, and there is just no way that a guy who sounds like Tony Soprano's right hand man will gain acceptance from those not in that tri-state area. The politics along with the morals, values and such that define them for those in the North east are rightfully so despised by those across this nation.
