Joyce Meyer airing in English on 2 Spanish Stations in Connecticut

I find it a bit odd that Joyce Meyer is airing in English on 2 Spanish Stations in Connecticut. I've heard her show on Weekdays at 1PM on WADS AM 690 out of Ansonia, which is a 3400 watt daytime only Spanish Language Religious formatted radio station. Then as I was driving home from work on Sunday I heard her on at 1PM on WFNW Galaxia 1380 AM out of Waterbury. They are a Spanish Tropical formatted radio station.
