Just looked at the 12+ beauty pageant otherwise labeled "ratings..."

The only thing, I actually have to give some kudos to Bas for going with Waitt Radio Networks. I was the only person from the very beginning on this board saying thats the direction they needed to go.

I heard from BAS employees telling me that ABC was the magical touch that every radio station in the world needs. ABC was the best thing since sliced bread, blah..blah.

I said...check out WAITT. And oh my, look what happened, someone at BAS finally got their head out of their backend and realized that WAITT is a much superior product.

As far as a live morning show and confusing people, no one seems to be confused but you. And they are not only live for 4 hours they are live for 5 hours as they have a news hour at noon.
lol! Oh, Sorry, my mistake! The Noon hour, where it's 25% psas & promos and still haven't added vital statistics). ::)
I wouldn't say I were confused - you yourself forgot Dave Jackson-hours cut from 10 to 6 a week
Weidenheft-demoted to part time-no airshift.
Hayes-already part time but hours cut more.
Evans-a whopping 4 hours a week live(actually the ONLY live local shift on 100.9.)
Mojo-demoted from Webmaster & Fulltime Nights to part time "remote boy"-no airshift.
Mize-doing the work of 4 people so to save $.
GM Dave Kelley-fired
PR girl Christina-fired
PM Drive-Nick Vincent-fired
Evenings-Ace Callahan-fired
Fogg, Shoffner & Hugg are Dept. Heads and weren't touched. It'll be interesting to see how BAS will run high school sports with only 2 people left to run it and no budget to bring back the Mehlings & Zimmermans of the bunch. Sales are sitting pretty, maybe they'll recruit them. The German woman could do play by play.

Just Wondering...not to speak for my sales manager, Bill Forthofer, but again to invite you to call the station or email any of our friendly account executives or Bill. We would be more then happy to talk about your business as well as ours. But as a smart business person as yourself, its not professional to discuss business changes on an open forum such as this. Thanks for keeping up to date with the radio world!

Sincerely,
Maria Smith

Apparently WLEC and WMJK are networking with WTTF, WFRO and WOHF to do high school sports in a five-station setup. Sounds a bit dubious to me at first, tho.
