Northern California K275CU K-Love 2000's horrible engineering waste of a LPFM frequency

In me seeing horrible engineering in my area this one has horrible sound quality. Seems to be relaying HD stream of KLVM?

With that said their STL has been dropping out for probably over 6 months now so you'll get 5~10 second periods of dead air and random glitching.

Surprising as EMF seemed to have good engineering but I guess they are neglecting this.
