It seem today K38IZ-D replaced IZ Classics with Tuff TV on 38.2 and IZ Hope with The Country Network on 38.4.

Looking at The Country Network (TCN) website, they are listed as being on 38.5. http://www.tcncountry.com/where-to-...&task=search_zip&option=com_locator&go=Submit
So it be K38IZ-D plans to launch another sub-channel (their website did say at one time that there was a 38.5 coming soon) and moving TCN to 38.5, or TCN put the wrong sub-channel number on their website.

Or perhaps neither. It's possible that Quinones originally had plans to put it on 38.5 but instead decided to drop IZ Hope in favor of IZ TCN.
If you click on the TV screens on their website - http://www.38iztv.com - it still shows clips from the classic movie and Christian video channels that were replaced.
