KAHL 103.7 playing Air 1 out of Houston

As I was trying to listen to 103.7 KAHL I noticed that it was playing Air 1 programming out of Houston. 105.9 came in clear.

Are they having transmitter problems?
 
No it's cloud cover. I'm getting Louisiana stations too. 103.7 will be back in the morning.
